The Oral Liquid Filling, Capping and Cupping.
Bottle Loading
Bottle loading occurs via a turntable, where bottles are gently pitched out by the Servo Pitcher to the main indexer with full servo Electronic CAM speed synchronization.
Bottle Indexer
The main indexer uses a Parallel V Grip design to securely grip and transfer bottles.
No change parts are required for the indexer plate, and changing different bottle diameters or heights is programmable in the recipe.
Filling System
The Ceramic Valveless Rotary Piston pump with stainless steel housing enhances robustness.
Each piston has an individual servo drive, allowing for easy volume adjustments and fine increments/decrements via HMI.
Cupping
Measuring cups are sorted by a vibratory bowl and placed via the cup rail.
The cups are further pressed to ensure they are fully seated.
